Grace joined the firm as a Legal Consultant since 2024, overseeing all legal matters related to the company’s expanding operations. With over 22 years of experience, Grace possesses extensive knowledge in handling complex legal matters, particularly in commercial transactions and corporate law, banking operations, construction, as well as real estate transactions and litigation. Prior to relocating to Doha in 2012, she spent nine years working with some of the leading law firms in Lebanon and the region, where she built a strong foundation in corporate commercial legal practices. Grace holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Faculty of Law at La Sagesse University in Beirut and graduated in 2003. She was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2005.
